Kamikaze Attack’s workshop T‑shirt is a quietly characterful staple — a mid‑weight cotton tee manufactured outside Japan, then finished, printed, and quality‑checked entirely inside the Kamikaze Attack atelier in Kojima. Once the blanks arrive at the workshop, Kanazawa‑san and Noriko handle everything: cutting the neck rib, attaching labels, printing the graphics, and completing the final sewing and finishing by hand.

The fabric has a natural, matte finish and a dry hand feel. It’s knitted at a balanced tension that gives the tee a subtle texture and a comfortable weight — substantial enough to hold its shape, light enough for year‑round wear. With time, the cotton softens and develops the lived‑in character that defines all Kamikaze Attack garments.

The silhouette is classic and unfussy: a clean crew neck, balanced shoulder width, and a straight body that sits comfortably without clinging. The sleeves are cut slightly longer than modern fashion tees, echoing vintage Japanese workwear proportions.

Kamikaze Attack is a garage workshop in Kojima with a punk heart and a sense of humour that runs through everything they make. Kanazawa‑san and Noriko work at their own pace — slow, stubborn, and entirely in‑house. They don’t chase trends, they don’t chase volume, and they certainly don’t chase restock schedules. When a batch is finished, it’s finished. When it’s gone, it’s gone.

Their denim is woven slowly to create character, and their T‑shirts follow the same philosophy: honest materials, handmade finishing, and graphics printed one at a time in the workshop. Even when the base garment comes from outside Japan, the spirit — the craft, the humour, the stubbornness — is entirely Kojima.
