2. Contract Formation

  • Order Placement: When you place an order via our online store, you are making an offer to purchase the goods detailed in your order.

  • Order Acknowledgment: You will receive an automated order confirmation email shortly after submission. This email serves as an acknowledgment of receipt only and does not constitute a legally binding acceptance of your order.

  • Contract Acceptance: The contract for the purchase of goods is formally concluded only when your order has been packed, processed, and marked as dispatched, at which point you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email.

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to, pricing or typographical errors, stock unavailability, or failure to pass payment verification checks. In such cases, any funds debited will be refunded immediately.

3. Pricing, Accuracy, and Availability

  • All prices displayed across our store are listed in British Pounds Sterling, GBP, and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • While we endeavor to ensure all pricing, product specifications, measurements, and descriptions are accurate, occasional errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered on an item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

  • Product colors, textures, and finishes shown on digital screens may vary slightly depending on display calibration and photographic lighting.

4. Statutory Cancellation Rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers residing in the UK and EU have the statutory right to cancel their online purchase without giving any reason.

  • Cancellation Window: Your right to cancel begins the moment you place your order and ends 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the goods.

  • Exercising Your Right: To cancel your contract, you must notify us with a clear statement prior to the expiry of the 14-day window by emailing [Insert Support Email].

  • Returning the Goods: Once you have notified us, you must dispatch the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date you communicated your cancellation.

  • Return Costs: Unless an item is proven faulty or supplied in error, the customer is responsible for bearing the direct cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service.

  • Condition and Diminution of Value: Returned items must be in original, unwashed, unworn condition with all tags, tickets, and packaging intact. Under distance selling regulations, you are permitted to inspect and try on garments as you would in a retail shop. If the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and fit, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

  • Custom and Personalized Exclusions: The statutory right to cancel does not apply to goods made to custom specifications or personalized at your request, such as bespoke chainstitch hemming, custom tailoring, or made-to-order items.

5. Statutory Consumer Rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Goods supplied must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

  • If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed, you are entitled to statutory remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Short-Term Right to Reject: You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery if the goods fail to meet statutory standards.

  • Repair or Replacement: Beyond 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible, disproportionate, or unsuccessful, you may claim a price reduction or full refund.

  • Faulty item claims do not cover natural wear and tear, accidental damage, shrinkage from improper laundering, or misuse.

6. Alternative Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
